This week Chef Marcin is proposing the following menu:
Monday - Chicken Kyiv, chips, cabbage/carrot and radish creamy salad/lemon.
Tuesday - Roast beef, baked new potatoes, gravy, market vegetables/Yorkshire pudding/horseradish sauce.
Wednesday - Braised pork neck, new potatoes, red cabbage and carrots.
Thursday - Chicken curry, Jasmine rice, flatbread, roasted nuts/lime.
Friday - Baked salmon, new potatoes with fresh herbs, green vegetables, salsa verde and lemon.
